The Timeseries API enables you to manage metrics that DESK collects from the different monitored entities over time.

Read data points - GET
Fetch data points from metrics you need.
For each metric you can get either one aggregated data point of a list of data points.

Read data points - POST
Fetch data points from metrics you need.
For each metric you can get either one aggregated data point of a list of data points.
In comparison to a GET request, a POST request provides less data about the metric itself.
