Kubernetes has become the standard platform for running and managing containerized workloads in distributed environments and fundamentally changed the way how organizations develop and run their applications at scale.

DESK OneAgent is container-aware and comes with built-in support for out-of-the-box monitoring of Kubernetes. Therefore, DESK supports full-stack monitoring for Kubernetes, i.e. monitoring from the application down to the infrastructure layer. However, if you don't have access to the infrastructure layer, DESK provides also the option of application-only monitoring.
